What Are you Waiting For?
Why Choose Together Home Remodeling for Your Home Addition
Adding onto your home is not like painting a room. It involves permits, engineers, inspectors, and a whole lot of coordination. We have done this hundreds of times across the Bay Area and we know exactly what to expect at every stage. You will not be learning on the job with us.
- Deep knowledge of Bay Area zoning laws and setback requirements
- In house design team that works with your existing structure
- We pull every permit and handle every inspection ourselves
- Additions that blend so naturally your guests will never guess
- One fixed price from the start so your budget stays on track
Bay Area homeowners trust us because we tell them the truth upfront, keep the site clean, and finish what we start.

- Roofing, siding, and exterior matching

We do not hand you off to subcontractors and disappear. Our team sees your project through from the first sketch to the final coat of paint.
OUR PROCESS
- We visit your home first. We look at the space, talk through your ideas, check what is structurally possible, and give you an honest picture of what the project involves.
- Our designer puts together a plan that works with your existing home. You review it, we refine it together, and nothing moves forward until you are completely happy with it.
- We take care of every permit and approval. Bay Area cities have strict rules around additions and we know how to navigate every one of them without slowing the project down.
- Our crew builds it right. Clean work, solid craftsmanship, and constant communication so you always know what is happening on your property.
- We do a full walkthrough with you before we call it done. Every finish, every fitting, every detail gets checked and signed off together.
FAQs
It depends on the scope. A single room addition usually takes 2 to 3 months. A second story or larger addition can take 4 to 6 months. We give you a clear timeline before we start and we stick to it.
No. Our in house design team handles the architectural drawings and we coordinate with structural engineers on your behalf. You do not need to manage separate contractors.
That is exactly what we aim for. We match your existing roofline, siding, windows, and interior finishes so the addition feels natural and intentional.
Yes in most cases. We plan the build carefully to keep disruption to a minimum and make sure your main living areas stay accessible throughout the project.
We build home additions across the Bay Area including San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, Oakland, Berkeley, Sunnyvale, Fremont, and surrounding cities.
